Understanding Mobile Pop-Up Sizing Issues (and How to Resolve Them)
Having trouble with the pop-up appearing too large on your phone?
This is a common issue on many websites that use the same standard layout template.
If the page looks zoomed in, please check your mobile browser settings and zoom out slightly so the site fits your screen properly.
You can adjust this in your phone’s display or browser settings — we’ve included a short video below to show you how! 😊
📱 Why the Pop-Up Looks Too Large on Your Phone
If you’ve noticed that our pop-up window or certain parts of the site appear too large or don’t fit perfectly on your screen, you’re not alone — and there’s nothing wrong with your device or our website.
This is actually a very common issue across many mobile websites, especially those that use modern responsive templates (like the one we use).
🔍 Why This Happens
Our website design automatically adjusts (or “responds”) to fit different screen sizes — desktop, tablet, and mobile.
However, when a mobile browser or phone display is set to zoomed-in mode or has accessibility settings (like large text size or display scaling) turned on, the browser loads a “magnified” version of the page.
When that happens, pop-ups — which are meant to sit inside the page’s frame — appear oversized or even stretch beyond the visible screen.
In simpler terms:
The website is normal size — but your phone’s view is zoomed in, so everything looks larger than intended.
⚙️ How to Fix It
Luckily, it’s an easy adjustment:
1. Zoom out on your mobile browser.
• On iPhone (Safari): Tap the “AA” icon in the address bar → choose 100% or Show Reader Off.
• On Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots (⋮) → select Zoom → reset to Default (100%).
2. If you’re using Display Zoom on your phone (under Settings → Display & Brightness), switch it to Standard.
3. Refresh the page — the pop-up should now display perfectly.
🌐 Why It’s Not a “Bug”
This behavior isn’t unique to our website — it’s a side effect of how responsive web templates work across different mobile devices.
We use an industry-standard framework that balances speed, accessibility, and compatibility, but screen zoom settings can still override that display.
💬 Final Note
We know how frustrating it can be when a page doesn’t display the way you expect! Our goal is always to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Once your browser zoom is reset, the pop-up and all other elements will appear in their proper size and layout.
