Front-end rendering problem - When our site takes a long time to load or shows a blank white screen, but the cart icon is still visible.

Sometimes, when a website updates or changes, your phone or computer might still try to load an old version. This can cause the site to appear blank or not work correctly. There's nothing wrong on our end, and we can't fix it from here, but here is a step-by-step guide for you to resolve the issue problem!

Quick temporary fix!

An easy fix is to go to Google.com, type in “AO Medical”, and just click the top result. That way your device loads the newest version of our site directly, not the one it remembered from before.

Let's get into the details of how to fix this completely, not just temporarily.

There's a front-end rendering issue, which means the website code is loading, but your browser isn’t showing it correctly.

This problem is related to client-side rendering, where HTML and scripts load, but the browser doesn't process them right. It’s likely caused by caching, a JavaScript conflict, or a third-party widget like UserWay slowing down or blocking DOM rendering. Reproducing the issue on a specific browser and device combination will help pinpoint the cause.

This can sometimes happen due to:
    •    A browser cache conflict (old files getting in the way)
    •    A temporary browser glitch
    •    Privacy extensions or blockers interfering with display
    •    A slower connection causing partial loading on mobile

Here are a few quick things you can try that usually solve it:

1. Clear Browser Cache

Sometimes an old script or CSS file conflicts.
    •    Safari: Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
    •    Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data

2. Try Another Browser
    •    If they’re using Safari, ask them to test in Chrome or vice versa.
    •    If it works in another browser, the issue is likely Safari-specific CSS or JavaScript compatibility.

3. Disable Content Blockers
    •    Some accessibility widgets (like UserWay) don’t render properly with ad blockers or VPNs.
    •    Check if they have extensions like AdBlock, Ghostery, DuckDuckGo Privacy, etc. → Temporarily disable and refresh.

4. Check Network Connection / Load Speed
    •    If the site is large or content is being pulled from multiple sources (CDNs), slow or unstable mobile data (5G shown in the photo) can cause partial loading.

5. Device Zoom or Font Size
    •    Sometimes increased system font size or accessibility zoom can shift content off-screen. Have them pinch zoom out or reset browser zoom to 100%.
